AUSFOREX Important Notice Regarding Changes To The AUS Global MT4 and AUS Global MT5 Login Servers

To provide our clients with a better online trading environment and enhance their trading experience, we will change the login servers AUSGlobal-Live and AUSGlobal-Demo of AUS Global MT4 and AUS Global MT5, while the account login server AUSMarkets-Live of AUS Markets MT4 will not be affected.


For details, please refer to the following adjustments and precautions:


1: Server change time period: GMT+0 time from 00:00 on February 04, 2023 to 00:00 on February 05, 2023.


2: The former real account login server AUSGlobal-Live for AUS Global MT4 will be changed to AUSForex-Live 2 and the former demo account login server AUSGlobal-Demo will be changed to AUSForex-Demo.


3: The former real account login server AUSGlobal-Live for AUS Global MT5 will be changed to AUSCommercial-Live and the former demo account server AUSGlobal-Demo will be changed to AUSCommercial-Demo.


4: During the server change period, customer accounts will not be able to log in to the AUSGlobal-Live and AUSGlobal-Demo servers, but all deposit operations, withdrawal and transfer requests will not be affected.


5: After the server change is completed, the trading account that has been logged in before will automatically switch to the new server. If the automatic switching is not successful, for the desktop version of the trading software, the customer can log in again after scanning the new server; for the mobile version of the trading software, the customer can log in again after searching for the new server, and there is no need to re-download the trading software during the whole process.


6: At that time, all positions, pending orders and account trading history of customers will be synchronized to the changed server, and trade will not be affected.


7: The account login server of the PAMM multi-account management system will be changed to AUSForex-Live 2, and trade will not be affected.


This adjustment is based on the fundamental principle of improving the customer's trading experience, and conforms to the development strategy of global investors, at the same time, note that we have made every effort to inform every customer of AUSFOREX that our company does not constitute or assume any responsibility for problems such as failure to receive emails in a timely manner due to communication problems, or other human force majeure factors, resulting in accounts not being logged in or configured in a timely manner.
